How we handle your sample
Every sample follows the same rigorous path, from collection to your report.

Our trained phlebotomists collect at your home or office, or we dispatch a self-collection kit to your address anywhere in India or worldwide.
Lab processing
Samples are processed in our accredited lab using validated reagents and calibrated equipment. Every run includes internal controls.
Report generation
Results are reviewed by a qualified pathologist before release. Genetic reports include interpretation notes, not just raw data.

No. Your data is processed solely to generate your report and is never sold, licensed, or shared with any insurer, government body, or third party without your written consent.
What if I can't understand my result?
Every client can request a free call with one of our genetic counsellors. For hereditary cancer and prenatal results, we proactively offer this before releasing the report.
How accurate are DNA paternity tests?
Our paternity tests achieve 99.9%+ probability of inclusion for confirmed paternity. Exclusion is reported at 100% when samples are correctly matched.
